What is the right of withdrawal?
Purchases on our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999, dictated regarding distance contracts. In the event that the delivery of the goods takes place at the buyer's home, as said purchases are made outside the commercial premises.
The main objective of Antika Officina Botanika is customer satisfaction, therefore, in the event that for any reason the purchased material does not correspond to the needs, it can be returned, without having to give any justification.
To whom it applies: Community legislation provides that the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by resellers or by individuals who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Separately and without limiting the EU/EEA right of withdrawal, Antika Officina Botanika voluntarily offers a returns period to all customers worldwide. How to assert your right: the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 working days of receiving the goods, returning the goods subject to the withdrawal to the seller, who will reimburse him the price of the returned goods (expenses are excluded). shipping and accessories). Antika Officina Botanika does not accept refund requests in the event that the products show tampering internally or in the packaging or with signs of use, refund requests for damaged goods.
How is the refund made?: upon receipt of the goods, Antika Officina Botanika will credit the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the returned or damaged goods as per the purchase order. The aforementioned amount will not include additional costs (shipping costs and any cash on delivery costs). This is in compliance with the art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999.
The shipment of returned products can be carried out by any means of your choice.
Return shipments cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted.
As soon as we have received the package with the return, we will, and in any case within 15 working days, send the products you wish to replace, in case of damage or refund the amount paid.
The refund will be made by bank transfer or refund via PayPal, i.e. with the same method with which the payment was made.
For the safety of shipments and the customer, the products, before being shipped, are subjected to a thorough check by our staff and subsequently weighed and labeled with a package marker and therefore refund requests will not be accepted in the event that the products show tampering inside or in the packaging or with signs of use.
